Question by : Best ear plugs for sleeping?
I have roommates now. They often play loud movies downstairs and rather than keep asking them to turn it down, what are some of the better ear plugs for sleeping? I need them to block out the penetrating bass sounds from movies/music yet still allow me to hear my alarm clock in the morning. What are some you have tried and liked and why?
