if you go to a scuba store you can get ear plugs for diving which allow the pressure to leave without water entering the ear

and yes you can where ear plugs for swimming just get the right kind

What are the best ear plugs to use for sleeping? I have the hardest time sleeping anywhere besides my home and have a trip coming up next week where I’m staying in a finished basement of a friend’s home but you can still hear every little thud and squeak through the floor boards. I’ve tried those little foam ones at Walmart but they don’t seem to fit in my ear very well. I put them in and they spring back out. Any recommendations? Thanks!

The squshy expanding foam ones work for 99% of the people who use them. Beyond that, there is always wax.

I had these ones that were really good. I think they were wax cotton ear plugs. Blocked out everything and I went into a deep sleep. Try walgreens or something. Sorry I couldn’t help more =/

Hey guys I’m thinking about getting some Kaos Earskin plugs (2g) to wear in a few weeks, and I was wondering what the maintenance on these are? Will I have to clean them everyday, take them off during the shower, and etc? I usually wear Steel plugs, which require very little maintenance (I’m too lazy to wash my plugs every day, or week even), so any help would be appreciated.
So is it okay to wear them in the shower everyday then?

i had to wear these at work,one thing i noticed right away, if you don’t clean them at least 3x/wk the smell of the gauges start to be a bit stronger. Other than that, i didn’t really have to do anything else to it, but later on i got into the habit of taking them out and cleaning them during each shower.
Just remember to clean them a few times a wk and that’ll be all you have to worry about.

Judy and Julie’s Picnic at the Pool

Today Julie and I met at The Pool Store and purchased her some goggles and ear/nose plug. We also bought some noodles. She stopped by Chick-Fil-A and picked up some sandwiches. We enjoyed a picnic lunch out by the pool at the country club. Then we played in the water using the noodles and my Flip video camera in its waterproof housing. The sun was bright which made it difficult to see the screen on the video camera, but we got a few seconds of footage of us in the water.
